The water still puts fear in Vicenza and activities put in place to protect citizens from what happened in November, only to bow in front of natural elements, to methods for early warning related to emergency planning for evacuation of people. The systems are certainly functional, but do not solve the underlying causes. All very the vast northern outskirts of Vicenza, and most of the historical center of the city, have become "flood risk areas." We have no tools nor capable to address in a timely manner and resolving a problem that is proving a systematic endemicity.
The lack of protection of the territory, the overbuilding and forced without rules, the most absolute ignorance of hydrogeological risk areas are the key triggers of environmental destruction. The bodies, accusing otters obstructionists and environmentalists. The latter, for decades they say, works to prevent environmental re-evaluation while the otters have changed the channel of rivers in an irreversible way (companies do not apocalyptic and insane human). It is ironic as a current management can hide inefficiencies and environmental policies are consumed for mere economic interests over the years, the buck with statements that border on the ridiculous.
is a serious matter that this happens because it highlights the absolute inefficiency and preparation of those who are beginning to play certain positions, unfortunately not covered by a large number of citizens who are still based on what they feel from the channels mass communication.
